Plugin Terms of Sale & Use

By purchasing or using any plugin sold by Mad Cow Web, LLC (“Mad Cow Web,” “we,” or “us”), you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms. These terms are intentionally brief — we believe in plain language, not legal padding.

1. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Our plugins are provided “as is.” While we test them thoroughly, every WordPress environment is different. Mad Cow Web is not responsible for any damage, data loss, downtime, or other issues that may occur on your website as a result of installing or using our plugins.

We strongly recommend testing any plugin on a staging site before deploying to production. You install and use our plugins at your own risk.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be honored.

3. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of sites specified at checkout. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin or its code.

4. Updates

Plugin updates are provided directly in the WordPress dashboard, same as other plugins.
